Hello, and welcome to my website! I am a board-certified psychiatrist with fellowship training in both Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and Psychoanalysis. I see patients in person in Del Mar, California, and see patients online throughout California, Arizona, and Hawaii.

I obtained my education at the Mayo Clinic, Stanford, UCSD, and the University of Arizona. I have 2 years of additional training in ADHD compared to a regular psychiatrist, (which equals 9 years of additional training compared to an NP)!

I also elected to obtain additional education in nutrition and psychoanalysis. I have extensive experience working with students and assisting with education plans (IEP/504). In my personal life, I am a kayaker, writer, artist, and best-of-the-net nominated poet with over 2 dozen poetry awards.

I accept a small number of patients so I can provide therapy and holistic individualized care.  I always ask for my patient’s preferences when we decide on a treatment plan!
